black images on nikon view?

when i edit photos on NX2 some are going black? so i cannot see what the photo is? any ideas why this is doing this...they even stay black after restarting the program? the image is still there, when imported to photoshop....cannot see anything about this on Google???.

Are you using View NX2?
When a black picture comes up have you tried clicking on Reset, bottom of the Adjustment panel - or is the Reset box greyed out?

It happens to me sometimes when I have imported into ViewNX and then open it with NX2.

I close both and reopen ViewNX then "open with NX2" and it is fine.

No idea why though, just seems to be random!

it seems to be happening with my nikon V1 images only.... if i try to edit any they just go black?..thanks mark.

Have you got the latest version of View NX2 - 2.7.6? and is it the right version - 32 bit or 64 bit for Windows or the Mac version.
If not your version may not support the V1

I downloaded the v1 plugin for it...I wonder if thats whats causing this to happen?...the plugin?..thanks
