The TP52 - 2026 Black Dogs 52 thread

Super shot! Love that route!

Yep, definitely broken. Maybe a little duct tape will set it right?

Best of the rainy window shots for me :)

Week 6 /52 Theme "Looking Through"

Nearly ran out of time this week and captured this on the last night, I liked the idea it was supposed to be lloking through but due to the temperature inside and outside, it was all steamed up, so you couldn't! All you can see is the coloured lights in the windows.

Spoiled us there Bob, four windows and a door to look through, would have worked nicely for rainy day as well.

Thanks @Cloudforest and & @Barney . Ideally I wanted to focus more on a window with some people’s silhouettes but it didn’t happen and I had run out of time! Need to be more organised this week

I like the scene Bob and the colours, I think that you could have made a more impactful image by getting closer and framing one of the windows with the door. Sometimes just soft lights and muted objects make for very interesting shots.

I'd be going back there again if it was near me.

Catching up slowly! Week 8 - Vintage object and using low key technique! Capture of my OM2 which has seen some action this weekend (results TBC!) For info, taken on dining table using phone torch on low power to provide the key light, there was some background light from other light sources in the room. f2, ISO 250, 1/25 - quick snapshot really to catch up. Ironically, just time to do (never have enough of it :) )

The Cow is a beautiful shot. I really like the central composition and the simplicity of it. The mono conversion is really nice.

Thanks, actually trying to get one a) on its own and b) looking in your direction is quite hard it seems. but i got one! thanks for the nice comment

Cow and the reflection shot are very good, Any idea what the chain is for in the reflection shot?
Thanks, no idea, it was on the edge of a loch so perhaps to attach a small boat too, there was a few of the concrete things, but cant say i noticed if others had chains!

The cow shot is excellent , hanging around to get the shot paid off.

Lovely shot Bob, I recently acquired an OM2 but haven't had too much chance to go out and play with it.
