Bird ID please?

We moved into a new site this year which is near to Manchester airport and the surrounding countryside, and since i have spotted this bird of prey on many occasions flying overhead.
I managed to get a (poor) shot last week and wondered if someone could ID it for me?
Please excuse the poor shot, it was quite some distance away so is quite heavily cropped.

It's great seeing these birds in action in the wild.
Quite often it's being 'harasses' by two or more jackdaws/crows, attacking it in the air!!

Yep - Jackdaws, Crows etc will mob Buzzards to drive them away.
