I'm not sure of what name could be used to replace "2 fat ladies", but perhaps a bingo caller could say "2 circumferencely challenged ladies" instead, as the circumference is the distance of a circle all the way around it (if I remember my maths lessons). After all we already have "vertically challenged" for somebody who is short. :shrug:
