I've said on here before that I have known Martin Billingham for many years, and that the last time I saw him he told me they had moved premises, and that his wife invited me to pay them a visit. I went last week and to say I was impressed with their factory is an understatement, I think everyone is aware of the quality of Billingham bags, but to see the care that goes into each bag, from the sourcing of the materials, to the the testing and manufacture of each bag shows why they are such outstanding quality.
I only wish that I could afford one, ( I was under strict instructions from my wife not to say anything to that effect during my visit)
I understood from Martin that next year they are planning something to celebrate 40 years in business, so look out for that all you lucky Billingham bag owners.

you would think after knowing him for many years Mr Billingham would "give" you a free bag!!!!!;););) maybe in exchange for loads of high praise and advertising lol

I should be so lucky!! I bought a lowepro nova 200aw from Jessops today, it's probably too big for my outfit but at £49.99 it's cheaper than a 190.

After many years and literally hundreds of pounds being spent in pursuit of the ideal camera bag I succumbed and bought a Billingham bag. Wish I'd done it sooner. Unfortunately, they're rather addictive. I now have three.

That sounds like me, lost track of the number of bags I've purchased, none of them are ever quite right. I'll get a billingham bag next ;)

I own 2 Billinghams (and the misses has one as a handbag too). Cant fault the quality in the slightest!
