This is the start of my 52. Doing a themed one on another forum.

Like the your 2nd Chris, nice and sharp, dont know if Id crop to the top of the shoe on the right or maybe a bit more room on the right now sure, what do you think?

Really like the sharpness of No2 Chris, although agree with Dave that it could possibly do with a bit more room on the right?

Tomatoes are horrid.

You may be right about the space on the right....

That's how I framed it in camera, best get busy with the clone tool..

Both yes. Shot on a 24-105 f/4 L, and sharpened a touch in DPP. Flickr does tend to sharpen rather a lot too.

3/52. Got the fish eye out for the first time this year.

Flickr have definately changed their sharpening algorithms. That's the first shot I've put up that's got a large difference between the flickr and non-flickr versions.

Very nice set of shots. Excellent starts to your 52. Wish Nikon has a lens to compete with the Canon 24-105 f/4 L

#1 really like the shot, might consider though, cloning out the power lines
#2 great shot, different and I like the composition
#3 Interesting with the fish eye, shame about the cast shadows

Good effort
