Hello, I hate introduction posts...they always seem somewhat cheesy and I therefore tend to just jump right in with posting shots and asking questions.
Anyway, my name is Kate, 33 years old. British resident and been doing photography on and off for 8 years, more off than on as I tend to lose heart on a regular basis. Have used Nikon thus far, but now at a crossroads and choosing between D80 and Canon's 40D. One would lead to eventual purchase of a D300, the other to a 5D so kinda stuck there, haha.
I have Aspergers syndrome, but don't see it as a big deal, it just means I tend to get a little more stuck on details, a little more obsessive about my hobbies and a little more blunt in my words.
Bad experiences on past photographic forums...ie, post shots, no input, left feeling my work must be a pile of budgie turds, leave forum and stop photographing, lol.
