Best wedding lenses on the Nikon line for D700?

Ahh, perfect. I understand, the print has much more detail basically?
Much, much more. You've removed over 90% of that detail in order to fit it onto your computer screen.

Cheers. Thats a cool way describe it, I had really failed to understand it until now. In theory, if monitors could display 300 pixels per inch - or more, we would have a fair comparison?

Gary.

Yes. The human eye is generally capable of resolving about 300-350 PPI under good conditions, so that would be a good comparison.

I can't remember the last time I used my 70-200 at a wedding, conversely. And I shoot with a 24-70 and 50/1.4 almost exclusively now.

I have my 80-200 with me, but I've never used it. I've shot all my weddings with a 24-70 and 85mm this year. Although I'm slowly moving more towards prime lenses.

I heard it too, and bought it. Its a load of bull, AWESOME Lens.

Gary.

:thinking: Is that a DX format ape? Judging by the size of the iris's, it appears to have cropped eye sensors.

:whistling:

:tumbleweed::

WTF are you smoking :lol:

It's this place! I'm going insane over the whole DX (D300) vs. FX (D700) thing, at the moment and it's spilling over into every thought I have.

The crack pipe isn't helping matters though, if I'm honest :gag:!
