Best way to clean my circ polariser filter?

Hi all I have a Hoya Circ filter and I wonder what is the best way to clean then. I've used a lens pen in the past and noticed this has left smear marks. Any tips would be most welcome.

Breath on it and use a lens cloth to rub it lightly. I clean all my lenses this way.
