best way to accept payment?

im selling something (a kite) on another forum, what is the best way to accept payment for it, i cant do BACs as the bloke whos paying is abroad but im posting to the UK, the bloke seems legit as hes been posting on the forum for 5 years.

would getting the money sent as a paypal gift be my best option? that way i get the money regardless and he would have no method of reclaiming the cash should be be a fraudster which im sure he isnt?

cheque is obviously a big no no!

any thoughts?

i also presume RMSD is the way to go for postage?

PPG doesn't mean the money can't be clawed back, the same rules apply as a regular Paypal payment, especially if it's funded from a credit card.

Breaks the terms of the PayPal User Agreement, so No.

You can BT from abroad, you just need a few more details from the bank.

BT from abroad is easy, and very common in the euro zone.

All UK bank statements should have the info, you need an IBAN number, and BIC / SWIFT numbers.

Ask them to pay in Euros so it won't cost them anything to send.

Give him your IBAN number - ask your branch for the details... Anywhere in the world can send you money...
