As tile, whats the best? I've got Aperture, iPhoto, Photoshop, and pixel mater.

I like the impression app I've got for iPad, makes it really easy.

Watermark wise, I'm basically talking about a large splash across the from with my website on.

Any suggestions for quick ways to do it in the software I've got, or a free alternative?

Thanks!

It might sound daft, but what about a text layer?

I usually batch-process this in Photoshop Elements with centred text at 50% opacity

Elements 8 on the Macintosh remembers the last text used but forgets the opacity setting each time so don't forget to run a brief test before running a big batch

Thanks all. So far, if I've been singing the iPad, then I just use impression - I've done a couple on CS3 and I've just copied and pasted the text, just wondered if there s amore fluid way. Will investigate the suggestions, many thanks!

Before I used lightroom, I exclusively used photoshop for image editing and wetermarking etc...

Photoshop can be very fluid by saving an action (like a macro) You can create a watermarked copy and add something onto the end of the file name so you can separate them out easily... then you wouldn't need to copy and paste etc...

By the way, Lightroom is fantastic and you can setup different export configurations and design you're own watermark to add on export!
