How complacent we are! I remember when we were in raptures when we reached 100 members.

Well inevitably it did, with everyone knowing everyone, and obviously it was a lot easier to give detailed feedback than it is now. We've lost one or two people who didn't like being smaller pebbles on a much bigger beach, but that's the balancing act we have to keep trying to manage as we get bigger.
