Best shows on Prime/Netflix?

Well, I finished it off and the last 3-4 episodes definitely picked up the pace and were much more my think. I went straight onto Rogue One afterwards! lol
Exactly what I did :ROFLMAO:

Did you go onto A New Hope afterwards? I started it, just to see the continuation at the start... but will probably watch the rest soon. I see there's going to be a Star Wars X, but I'm not familiar with the Director. It will be interesting to see what comes of it.

Lol no, not this time. I did really like the continuity of it all.
Yeah, and hopefully there won't be any chopping and changing. Could be the start of something great (but with Disney, you never can tell).

I enjoyed watching Lockwood & Co. on Netfix. A young cast but they did a great job. It's a supernatural series and well written in my opinion. :)

I enjoyed 6 Days and also watched Kajaki for the second time the other night, brilliant film.
I took this tip and watched Kajaki but hardly entertainment. I had to keep the sound tuned low as there were constant screams of agony from the injured soldiers. It was an horrific situation and few of us would claim that they would react as well if in in similar circumstances.

Is 'Murderbot' the most infuriating series on Apple?
I'm enjoying the content but not the way it is presented - barely 20mins of new material per week, hardly moving the story forward.
I have stopped watching it and plan to watch it once all episodes are available.

We finished Silo the other day and loved it, lots of nice twists. Third season is coming next year, it will be interesting to see where it goes.

Was going to try Murderbot but now I'm not so sure.

Just started watching "The Waterfront" on netflix. Carolina drug smuggling. Seems pretty good so far.

I'm re-watching Person of Interest. Just started season 5. Great series about AI going rogue.....

I'm going to have a look at this as we are currently back to Gray's Anatomy, but I can only do so much of that at a time! lol

I got through 3 episodes, and although at first can seem a bit "soapy". There are a bunch of characters to get a base story on. So far, so good.

Finished "waterfront". Quite enjoyed it.

Killer of killers, was cool if you like animation (predator thing from the prey people).

Looking forward to Iron heart, on D+ (wednesday). Which is a carry over from wakonda forever.

Started watching "Countdown" on Amazon... Task force cop thing, but pretty good. 2 episodes in.

Ironheart on D+ was ok, and hopefully will get better.

Just started watching Alien: Earth on Amazon. Production values are good, not sure about the story just yet.

I quite like it so far. The sets look great and in keeping with the time line. Nice retro feel to it all. I'm caught up now, so not sure how far in you are and don't want to give any spoilers ;)

I think I've been hiding under a rock for the last 10 years, as I've only just come across The Blacklist on Prime. Really enjoying it. James Spader is such a good actor and he owns every scene he is in, rather like Billy Bob Thornton and Gary Oldman do

I loved the Blacklist. It does get a little frustrating when they would only sent two people into a situation that clearly required more, but the story and concept is such a good idea to be able to have constant fresh content to accommodate the ongoing story.

Half way through the second episode, so no spoilers please! haha

I also tried watching that Spartacus series because it goes so many good reviews, but it was awful. Not even close to GoT etc.

I couldn't get into GoT. No idea as to why, but for me it didn't click.
I'm really watching Queen of the South, for the umpteenth time lol

How far did you get into GoT?

I mind watching Queen of the South and really liked it. I can't remember where I stopped, I'll need to check. I think I was getting frustrated (like the Blacklist) of her travelling around with no body guards etc, which would be crazy as a high profile drug lord.

About half way through the second episode, and gave up.

Are you referring to Camilla, or Teresa? Admittedly there are a couple of silly bits here and there. But you gotta love Pote's mustache ;)

Yeah, I do remember first time watching GoT the first season needed a little bit of staying power, but season 2 onwards we felt it kept getting better. Season 8 felt a little rushed.

Teresa I think it was.

Fair enough. I've heard the last season wasn't that great.

I'll keep an eye out for it ;)

Just watched the first episode of "Underdogs" on Disney plus (nat geo). You have to like Ryan Reynolds though. If you can put up with him, it's a great show. All about animals that have special powers.

Just got an email that Disney are increasing the annual subscription, looks to be over 12%.

Yeah I had an update before carrying on (which wouldn't update). So had to pay up. Hey ho.

Part of me thinks 12% is quite a hike, but the other part says that the 52 week subscription is still just one tank of petrol and that lasts me a measly week. :$

One would certainly think! lol I do a lot of local runs, it's supercharged rather than a more efficient turbo, permenant AWD and fairly heavy at over 1.7 tonnes. Alas, it results in frequent trips to the petrol station.

Started to watch The Terminal List series. Not sure yet.

One of the reasons I settled for a little fiat 500 lol. Super cheap to run, and kinda suits Norwich ;)

Funnily enough, I just started "Dark Wolf" set before in the time line.

Just watched "Asteroid City"(Netflix). What a totally bonkers film. Processing was cool... I think I liked it ;)

Looks like it has a Fallout feel to it, I liked that so might give this a try. Is that the girl from Stranger Things that it's it?

Naked and Afraid all the XL and the standard seasons so funny

Never watched any Stranger Things, so no idea. There are a whole bunch of "names" in it though.
