Best screen share programs

I live the ability to connect to my studio pc with my phone or laptop.
I use tesmviewer as it's easy to use and works well, however the frame rate isn't perfect and although my connection both ends is fibre I'm wondering if there is a lag free option.

Fibre is not the right measure… but traffic is!

I use TeamViewer Remote Control for 99% of
my 1:1 sessions and it works fine for me.

There is Skype as well… permits no interaction
but only screen share.

The goal I guess is to basic edit on Lightroom and even premiere.

Remote desktop.

Might still be laggy for editing though especially over wireless, remote apps aren't really designed for that.
