Best places for film

My first post in here - so please be gentle with me!

Where do people buy film? I'm a bit wary of ebay, but have used a couple of online places. I'm interested to see where people buy from...

I get mine from 7dayshop. I buy from them quite a bit and often add a film onto my order as although I am mainly digital these days I still like to use my film cameras.

I use 7dayshop and they are very good. Two others I have used are Discount Film Direct(who now have a shop at ebay) and also Mailshots. Both those used to advertise in Amateur Photographer. I also buy from Mathers of Lancashire. They no longer advertise in AP, but they are on-line. Last year I was after Fuji film(negs and slide) and Mathers were the only one on UK with it in stock. Received 8 rolls of Fuji 200 color, yesterday from ebay seller : price £8.45, and they expire in 2012. So you can find some bargains there. You will find posts here where people buy expired film 3-4-5 yrs out of date, and they still get good results. Happy hunting.

if you want to use online places, AG photographic have a massive selection of film, both BW and colour, their postage is pretty reasonable but they take a while to dispatch sometimes

Thanks folks. I've look looked at and used most of the retailers mentioned. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a killer site I wasn't using!

7dayshop is usually the best bet. Although their delivery takes a while (7 dayshop), the free delivery overall tends to make it the best value.

AG Photographic & I was also pleasantly surprised by the range of B&W film my local Jessops had in.
