Best place to stand, sit at Goodwood for FOS photography

Hi Luke,

from the hillclimb point of view I have been disappointed with the FOS as all the bends are hidden from view by hedge/wall and by the time you walk up the hill to find a vantage point you quickly realise that time is going by too fast as there is so much going on with lots to see. The action on the startline is mainly for show but then you will get some nice sideways launch action and some tyre smoke :D
The best shots I got last year were at the Rally stage.

I'm going there for the first time too on the Saturday, so am interested in what people have to say.

Might this get more replies in the motorsport section of the forum?

Hard to get much in the way of shots of the hillclimb to be honest...

I'll be wandering around trying for more atmospheric type shots than the actual thing itself, which might not be what you want if you have gone to see the cars themselvs :D
