Best place to insure your gear?

Where do you guys insure your gear? I want something that covers everything. House housebreaking, car nicked or broken into. Mugging/robbery. A pilot throws his can of fosters out the window and it lands on my camera as I'm doing a 30 min shot of the stars... you get the idea.
Covered for everything.

I work from home and have a home Work policy covering contents of the home and my business equipment, plus public liability. I added the photography gear an ipad and an iphone all risks, I cannot remember how much it added to the premium but it was not silly money.
