Best place for underwater shots to be processed ?

A mate has just got back from a hol in Eygpt, where he went scuba diving. He bouhgt some disposable underwater carmeras for while diving and now wants to know wheres the best place to get them developped and scannd ? Thanks for any help.

It has pretty much all your options listed.

I would go for one of the better postal options, give them a ring and ask their advice. It will probably cost hima little more than the standard high st options but they should be able to get the best from his negs. I wouldn't hold out too much hope of cracking underwater images though, those little disposable are great for a little underwater fun but they're not renowned for their image quality.
 
Thanks will print the list out in work and let him decide. But sounds like my thoughts of a little more care in processing was right.
 
Can I be candid and suggest using the high street instead in this case. I know thats an anthema, but its a cheap disposable underwater camera. I don't think the photos from that, coupled with the difficulties underwater the kit will have made not effort to solve I'd save your money. I very much doubt the processing will make a great difference to the results
