Best place for lightroom tutorials?

I have recently purchased and installed lightroom (got it extra cheap through work) and i find the interface it self very daunting and unintuitive. Where is the best online place to start my lightroom journey?

Which version of LR have you got, I have Scottt Kelbys LR 2 book which is surplus to reuirements
