best mat/surface for Magic Mouse

I have the Apple Trackpad which I love but always get on better with tweaking pics with a mouse so have taken delivery of a Magic Mouse today but it is dragging a little on the desk surface so after ideas on what might be best to use?

I just a cheap mat with a cloth type material on top with my one and it works well.

+1. Just a normal foam mat with a neoprene type top.

Just wondering if it's your set up preferences that need adjusted as the thing I really like about mine is that it doesn't need any sort of mat to operate efficiently?

Set up is fine adjusted the movement speed to my liking everything moves and tracks as it should It's my worn table top that is causing a slight drag.

I have just got a laminate floor off cut and tried that, jobs a good un but will get a standard mouse mat and try that.
