Best hosting company for a photography website

What sort of budget are you looking at?
I recently moved from Tagadab to Linode https://www.linode.com/
and it's a huge improvement, mainly due to SSD instead of HDD storage, but SSD is well worth considering
also it's worth checking where the datacentres are - linode lets you select from a range of locations - I went with uk datacentre but many hosts are stateside or far east only

I currently use Clikpic which is a great service, and easy to use interface and the customer service and support are brilliant replying within 1hour working time, I pay £40 a year for my website and really happy with it, might be worth you having a look at a trial...

Hay Joe is the 40 quid a year for hosting, if so that's great. My website is already built using wordpress and I just want to move it to a new host

Have you done a wordpress migrate before? I did one about a month ago and was a bit worried but the main thing is to remember to back up the mysql database as well as the actual file structure - I have heard horror stories about people migrating all their wordpress files but forgetting to export the sql file.

Yep 40 quid a year for hosting, and £12 for your domain name (2 years for 12 quid) if you don't have one, & Thanks for the comment though my website bud ;)

I just contacted them and they seem like they will work great for me. I will Google them tonight and check for reviews first and if all good I will sign up for there standard package tomorrow

Did you go with these?

For customer support, I would place Photium high on the list. Very fast and personal service. Nothing seems too much trouble for them and they have a range of very competitive packages too.

Have had some of my sites with them for eight years.
