Best ever ebay advert, on now!

I see ads like this and wonder if there actually is such an item for sale - because the bidding becomes totally unrealistic and you know the winning bid will never actually be paid - so did the seller actually want to sell the item in the first place or were they just hoping that the ad went viral?
 
WTF is actually going on there - with the bidding I mean?

Is this some kind of dummy bid, where friends of the bidder just go mental to try to cause a media storm?
 
Just goes to show how mental some people are, there,s no chance of that being realistic bidding, you would have thought someone at Ebay may have noticed and questioned what was happening.

I like that whoever decided to try and refurb it started on the interior first, not knowing that to get the exterior sorted you are probably looking at having to gut in the interior.. bet someone watched Amazing Spaces and thought 'I can do that' :D
