I have been looking for a EF-S 17-85 IS USM for a wee while and found one on e-bay for just £250 +£7p&p! Only a couple of weeks old (balance of full UK warranty etc.), I e-mailed the guy with a question and got a very quick response. It seemed too good to be true, but I thought I'd have a go as it was paid through Paypal, so I had some protection in there.
Anyway, I paid for it at 1pm yesterday and promptly received another e-mail saying he had packaged it and that I would receive it before 1pm today! Despite my initial reservations, I received great communication from the seller, another e-mail with the Royal Mail tracking number etc. and it arrived here at 1250pm!!! He seems to have a couple of EOS 40D's for sale too.
Definitely one to recommend
