Best beginners DSLR

As we have seen there have been hundreds of threads started by people wanting advice on buying their own first DSLR, would it be a good idea to create a sticky thread which potential DSLR buyers can look through and see what people have said about the different models, rather than having to scroll through pages of thread to find the different "Beginner DSLR" topics?

There is already a thread here but a lot of people especially when they are new like to "talk" about their own situation, what they want it for and the models they are comparing within their own budget.
