I don't know this particular name but it looks to me to be one of the rebranded imports.
If so, it isn't either well made or well designed but can be made to work fairly efficiently quite easily. See this tutorial on my Photolearn website
Agree with Garry. I don't know anything about that particular jobbie but there are a few Chinese imports around at similar money.
Don't see how you can go wrong at that price. Main difference between your £20 softbox and one costing £200, seems to me to be how easy it is to put up and take down. Cheap - a right faff; expensive - about as hard as using an umbrella.
I'm sure the light you get is lovely, it's not rocket science after all, and if you can leave it set up between shoots, bargain
I got one of their snoots and wasn't happy with the fit. The owner refunded including the postage back and was very good to deal with. I also got a 120cm octogon softbox that is nowhere near as well built as my bowens stuff. It was however a fraction of the price and does a job. I would get it as the chap you will deal with seems very reasonable. Don't expect a hugely high quality item as you are not paying for that.
