Hi everyone,
I've been lurking on here for a while and posted when I was trying to decide what new lens to buy. You were all very helpful so I thought I'd introduce myself properly!
I've had a half decent camera for a few years now, but it was my New Year's resolution this year to get to know it properly and to take my photography a bit more seriously.
As part of that I've set up a blipfoto page http://www.blipfoto.com/rutherfordium which has been really good for forcing me to get out there and take at least one snap I'm happy with each day. For "holidays only" photographers like me, it's just the encouragement I need!
I've been reading through the forums here and have already learnt loads, so I'm hoping I'll be able to contribute a bit to the discussions as time goes on
