I leave on my Canadian jaunt in about an hour so I am not sure if I will have time to visit this madhouse over the next twelve days due to a punishing work and travel schedule. :shake:

Vancouver today, Edmonton Tuesday, Ottawa Thursday, Toronto Friday, Halifax the next Tuesday, Montreal Wednesday and then home. :banana:

Behave yourselves when I'm away. :nono: :lol:

I'm watching. :suspect:

God I hate flying, ten hours on a plane does my nut in. We obviously took a very northern route as we were flying over ice flows for hours, I got some pics but the window glass is obviously made at the same place as L lenses so I don't know how they will come out. :D

What I did see was what looked like a high altitude layer of smog/pollution which really surprised me being as we were so far North, it was like a dirty band running across the sky, hopefully it will come out in the pics. Unfortunately I can't work on them as I am the work laptop and I forgot my card reader.

It looks like I might be meeting someone from another forum when I get to Toronto at the weekend and we might be going to Niagra Falls, I haven't been there before so looking forward to it. When I arrived in Vancouver earlier the first thing that struck me was the light, it reminded me immediately of Inverness and the Highlands, difficult to explain but if you have been to HIMUPNORTH's territory you'll know what I mean.

Good luck at Niagra mate, but watch out that you don't get any water in your gear, it's not L class remember! :p

When you're in Toronto and you want a good pint of beer I can highly recommend you paying a visit to Bar Volo.

A great Italian cafe with great local beer which also offers cask ale too :clap: , and it's my local. A good group of people in there.
 
Bloody jet lag. It's almost 4.30am here and I've been awake for two hours with a full day of work ahead of me and an early start tomorrow to catch a plane to Edmonton. :shake:

I now wishing I'd put Lightroom on my lappie to give me something to do. :D
