Yes
now, i know some people on here are big on manipulation,
i do the standard, curves, unsharp mask, and crop, but thats about how far i take it.
im intrested to see peoples before and after shots of some of their favourite captures.

so if you would be so kind to dig one of your pics and post up the original file, then the reworked file and give a discription of what you have done to it so i can see how much further i should take it,

so ill start with one of mine

This is probably the image I have done most manipulation on ever! It took me hours to get rid of the rope and then construct new bits of leatherwork using mostly the clone tool with varying degrees of softness and opacity. Never again! :shake:

I very rarely do much more than levels, spot clone and USM, but here's one I went to town on.
I'm not at all perturbed by fiddling with an image, but then I wont claim it was an original afterwards.

Blimey Paul - how long did that take?!?!

Its kind of obvious I have so much more to learn before I become a Jedi :)

haha that owl one is awesome, really made me laugh just how different it was.

Hacker that one with the horse reminds me of the work I had to do on this image to get rid of the telephone lines, it took me hours! Not that it looks so difficult on a low res copy of course...

This sculpture is in Manly, near Sydney Australia for those who are interested.

i havent done ANY PP on any image - although most i have shown off have gone through photomatix which i guess in one sense is industrial strength PP but literally takes me seconds..
