It suddenly dawned on me that I have been a member on here 7 Years this month. I was married less time than that.:banana::banana:

Aye, cause for celebration, right enough!

Indeed, you don't forget the first love in your life. :D :naughty:

Ian,I'll have you know I have never forgotten my pet dog Joey.

The more, the merrier, marriages come and go, but TP will live for a thousand years (Oh dear, sounds a bit like Adolf?)

I've been married longer than Ive been on TP, but Ive spent more time on here in total :p

I think I've had better conversations on here, than I did when I was married, although she wasn't into photography.

Just coming up to 6 years TP for me.:)

Just coming up to 16 years married.:wideyed:

Although we weren't married till 1999 I first met Karen on a North Sea night ferry back 1989. :wacky:

What dawned on me the other day is that my eldest daughter (who turned 15 on Wednesday) is the same age now that Karen was when we met :nailbiting:

I've been here 6 1/2 years. That's precisely 52 times longer then my first marriage. Hey ho

Time spend on TP a joy, time spent on marriage.................. :exit:

Cameras are a bit like women, you need to part exchange them for a new model from time to time.

6 years this June for me.... but a way to go to beat marriage....24 years this year.... double

probably a bit off thread ,but i remember when splitting up from my first wife ,i was in the process of selling the car and she demanded half of the proceeds under threat of legal proceedings etc .so i hastily re-advertised in auto-trader (way way before the internet) and on the thursday of publication i was deluged with calls ,a chap said he would buy it cash and be round in half a hour .so i dutifully went round to the house gathered up the paperwork and told her i would give her the half share when he paid me .her face was a total picture when i handed over her £2.50 .i suffered a huge financial loss on that one but believe me it was worth every penny

Puts me in mind of the wife whose husband left her for a younger woman. He asked her to sell his car for him, so she sold his two year old Rover for £50.

Been a member since 2007! When do I get a long service award?!
