Been offerd a studio with all the Lightng Equipment etc part share fro £160 month planing on doing 3 to 4 model shoots a month would you say its worth the £160

that could be a very cool deal since you don't have
to invest in the gear and time is available.
 
Sounds like a very good deal, but as said depends on equipment, you could presumably also hire it at an hourly rate.
 
Sharing rarely works as one party almost always manages to pee off the other at some point, and then there can be horrendous legal implications too

For me - if its a business idea get your own or just hire when needed until profitable enough to get your own, if its for fun just hire when needed

Would you be allowed to hire out to other photographers under this contract. That would help lower costs for you.

Share with 2 other people can book a full day or time to suit all and every thing a studio as light back drops etc
 
I've just lost the studio I share. I'd jump at the chance to pay £160pm for another. It's way cheaper than hiring by the hour, round here at least.

In practice I tended to use my own lights rather than the ones which came with the studio but the space and other facilities made it totally worth while.

I would only caution you to be sure that you can manage 3-4 shoots a month. If I shot that often - like I have been lately - then my processing backlog gets scary.
