Guys
I have been asked to do a indian pre wedding shoot tomorrow afternoon at a famous cave/waterfall here in KL and while under the influence yesterday I agreed too do it. My question is.............where can I get some tips/help on wedding photography in a hurry??
Any help would be much appreciated

It's not 'wedding photography' just google 'pre wedding shoot' for posing / lighting ideas and even 'pre wedding shoot cave' and 'pre wedding shoot waterfall' .

As an alternative to posing the couple, think of topics of conversation for them and get them to chat to each other while you snap away from out of earshot. It can produce really natural reactions. The topics can be really personal (get them to take it in turns to tell each other 5 things they love about each other, and why) or humorous (the funniest things you've ever done).

If you're good then you can combine this technique with posing, but keeping a conversation you can't quite hear going while posing a couple and taking photographs takes practice. I had a day's training with Jo of http://www.summerlovephotography.co.uk/ who's a master of this technique but haven't created the opportunities to use it more than a couple of times.

From my experience an Indian pre-wedding shoot is very much about poses and artistic expression with colour and light etc, treat it as a blank canvas and don't be afraid to try out new things and ask the B&G for their input into any ideas they like or great poses they have seen they want to create, often this can break the ice and get the ball rolling , once the creative juices are flowing ( waterfall pun ) you will enjoy it !
