been a month and my alamy submission is still not processed?

I submitted my initial images to alamy 1 month ago but its still showing as awaiting processing. i thought it was supposed to be done within 28 days?

Anyway the only thing that worries me is that there are 3 colums in the progress window, one for 'errors' one for 'passed' and one for 'failed' there is nothing in the passed or failed columns yet BUT there is a '1' in the errors column.

Now, it doesn't explain on the page what this means. As far as i know the images were exactly as specified (size, format etc) so does anyone know what this means?

James, I read somewhere recently someone called the technical department who hand held them through the process and they had images up in no time, they seem to be v good from all reports. ~I really MUST do the same myself sometime.
If it is any consolation I finally got the online upload facility this week so if it is being done alphabetically there is still some way to go but it is all progressing (more than I have with my own submission anyway...).
Give them a call, see what they say.

Think it took mine over 2 months - It seems to take ages, but a 1 in the errors sounds like something is up, CD corrupt maybe?

Sorry for the hijack but have you sold any and if so, how much for? (if you don't mind me asking)
