I've just seen a trailer on BBC1 for the new series of Planet earth :)

No date as of yet but it's "coming soon"

Is anyone else looking forward to it? natural history documentaries and top gear are the two reasons i still feel happy paying the licence fee :thumbs:

has it got the only person worth watching; Sir David Attenborough? try as they might I can't quite see any presenters living up to his fantastic standards. I do like the big cat stuff though, John Scott, Simon King etc. are a talented group I admire as well. Steve Leonard may come across as all nice but, knowing people who were with him on that vets in practice show, he's an arrogant plonker apparently...
