For those Wii owners who may have missed this, earlier in the week the BBC and Nintendo launched a specific iPlayer channel for the Wii. The iPlayer has of course been available for some time on the Wii via its inbuilt Opera web browser but that was decidedly clunky.
The new channel is a vast improvement and while the stream isn't High Def (it isn't really SD either) it makes for a very watchable alternative to viewing via your PC. You simply need to download the new channel from the Wii Shop Channel on your Wii menu. It's free too.
