Battery chargers for rechargeable batteries

Sorry to bring this up again but I did see a posting about battery chargers recently but cannot find it. What are the best battery chargers recommended please. My old charger has given up the ghost.

That one looks identical to my 8 yo Technoline charger - bloody good charger it is too.
