Does anyone know if you get a car charger for the nikon d850 battery

Yes, its the same car charger as the d7100, d7200, d600, d610, d750, d800, d810 and d850. There’s loads on amazon. I’d get a usb powered one and a usb convertor for car as being flexible to use in car or home and you can charge with a powerbank in the field

Remember that a USB powered charger will take quite a while to charge a battery pack. They are convenient but slow.

There are plenty of aftermarket charges that will work fine. I will not make a specific recommendation as I am a Canon user.
