Batteries and charger for flash?

Can anyone recommend the best charger and AA batteries for a Speedlite flash? I have seen the name of eneloop in posts in the past, but not sure if the are the best.

I have used a set of uniross over the past couple of days, but they soon became discharged.

I did look on 7dayshop, but couldn't find Eneloop. I already have an Energizer battery for my camera on order with them, so will probably have a look at those.

Vapex Instants get good reviews also - they're Vapex's equivalent of Eneloops

7day shops own brand are very good. In fact they are 2200 and very powerful. I use them and they last for a full wedding.
