Batch resizing

What is the quickest way of doing this..?

I have been using the image processor in PS but this can take a while and means i can't process images whilst its running.

I had a mate mention vso image resizer that works rather quickly, but this is for windows and i dont think there is a mac version.

Is there any small bits of software for mac that will do the job quickly..?

It won't let me post a link (i tried before) the swear filters block it because the names similar to a swear word.
