Batch-cropping images for printing

Can anyone recommend how to run through a batch of photos processed in Lightroom 3 to size them up for printing with the likes of DSCL

Anything quicker than opening individual images in CS4 and cropping & assigning profile would be great as I have a run of about 80 images to print in 8x6

It's not LR3 but Irfanview (it's free) does batch resizing.

Resizing, or cropping? You don't really want anything automating the crop, surely? Don't you want to decide how they are cropped?

You can create an action in photoshop easily enough, but I recommend ticking the crop nodal point to retain control of how it's cropped.
