Batch add a banner to photo's

Hi,

I'm printing out around 250 photo's for a school christmas concert which will be placed into greeting cards.

I need to add a simple banner - a quarter of an inch by 4 inches across the bottom of each photo stating the name of the concert.

Does anyone know of an easy way to do this without having to go into each photo and add it manually as a layer?

Make an action and then use batch action or droplet to apply it to a lot.

I've been doing something similar with Lightroom using a plugin called Mogrify - gives you quite a lot of flexibility, I had trouble making an action and applying it to a batch - so I did it this way.
