Not a great res for a pc monitor but fine for a tv set which is what it is meant to be.

Indeed. I remember buying my original hi-fi from their London Bridge store back in 1991 when they only had about dozen stores dotted around the country and taking it all the way home to Maidenhead on the tube and train.

when I was younger and big into my DJ equipment I must have spent thousands with them on Technics gear. They stopped all that years ago and went just for the home cinema and hi-fi market as this was more money to them. To be fair they are the people to speak to when you want a TV, the lads in store are well clued up and can offer great advice.

you would need HD technology - SKY Hd, or HD DVD/Blueray

How do you connect things like DVD and sky that have Scart connectors?

It only has HD connection so you would need an AV receiver that would upscale the pictures with a HD output so everything would connect to the receiver then just one connection would go from the receiver to the screen.

you just need a freeview box or sky/sky+ with a HDMI port and a HDMI switcher to add more HDMI ports

Carefull, its not 1080p and it dosent state what it actually is.
Might end up being £300 worth of rubbish.

be perfect for a media pc or gaming screen, res not that hot for editing but its what i use at home (I have a samsung panel that was twice the price - i would buy this if i didn't)

no speakers guys, literally just a panel, perfect for hooking up to a pc xbox and soundsystem like i do *** ..... D'OH
