Sure its not just an upgrade version? I can't see it either. I got mine with Premier bundle in June from Amazon for £47, which I thought was a good offer at the time

Went into Costco today, an saw that they had reduced photoshop elements 11 from 49.99 to 19.99 + vat (£23.98) which I thought was excellent.

This could be because version 12 is meant to be released soon, but still a great deal for anyone who doesn't mind it being an old version after having it for a month or so...

Found this in the Thurrock store, don't know if its nationwide.
