Lowepro Classified 250AW.
Digital depot have it on sale for £69.99 (from £150!) but amazon have it via Digital Depot for £49.99, just got one from the Digital Depot shop in Stevenage and they were more than happy to price match their own amazon shop so grabbed the sepia (green) one for £49.99, its a cracking bag for the price and its the all weather version too!
Its bigger than it looks, i can get my 7d with 70-200 2.8 attached lens down in it and there's still bags of room for other kit PLUS a laptop/netbook.

I've been thru too many to list but I finally settled on a Tamrac Expedition 8x that can store all my gear, its bleedin huge, i wanted something for everyday use and for when i do football when i only need a limited amount of kit, this is perfect and it takes my netbook as well for on the fly editing :)

Great choice Darren, comfy to wear as well so you don't actually notice when it's packed out.

The Lowepro is amazing, especially at that price, im just playing with it now. Its got some great features like a velcro closing memory card holder that on a leash so you can pull it from a pocket and gain easy access without fear of dropping it, the internal dividers are leather topped as well so they wont wear out. Its a great looking bag with leather inserts all over it and i reckon, at a push, i could get 90% of whats in my Tamrac Expedition 8x in it!
Its fully collapsible as well so you could either compress it a bit with some straps to make it hand luggage size or completely flatten it and pack it in a suit case, only took 3 years but i think i've found the perfect travel/day camera bag :)

I got one from amazon at that price earlier this week. It's flaming huge!!!
I wanted a big bag to store all my gear and this more than caters for all my kit lol. Couldn't be happier! :)
Just need to find something more portable now for when I just want to travel light.

Rico - get the 160AW version - perfect for when you only need 1/2/3 lens! (I paid the full rrp when they came out and still think It was good value for the quality - plus I use it all the time (I've even had camer, lens', MacBook pro and a book in it when travelling!)

Thanks! I'll look into the 160aw. :)

will this bag fit 2x gripped bodies with lenses attached? (70-200 + 24-70) ?

It will certainly fit 2 x 7d's with 70-200 2.8's attached, its extremely deep and extremely wide, external dimensions are as follows H=33cm W=40cm D=20cm, looking inside it has 3 x vertical compartments that easily accommodates my 7d with 1.4tc and 70-200 2.8 attached placed in the bag, lens down. I would say that if you used the compartments at either end and placed the bodies in with the grips facing the centre they would easily fit and you would also be able to add accessories in the middle compartment between the bodies.

ahh thanks Darren!
i'm looking for a bag which is a bit more portable than my Vertex 200AW (which I use to store all my stuff in safely at home)... i'm just after a bag which i can stick the 2 gripped bodies with 70-200 + 24-70 already attached, and a few accessories.

would ideally like a backpack, but not sure I can find one...

As mentioned i've been thru more bags than i can count but this is the best, by far, day bag i have ever owned, excellent build quality with nice little touches like the leather inserts and leather "buffers" on top of the dividers to support your body/lens, it would easily accommodate the 7d, 70-200 and my 2.0x tc. Check youtube for some reviews and examples of the amount of kit you can get in one of these.
