Anyone else having problems with access?
The app takes me to a weird page which appears to be Barclays bank
The website takes ages when trying to log in and then says that there is an error and I should log in again
Their status page shows everything to be OK
The telephone contact is a 10min+ wait
The chat, from the weird app page has a 1hour+ delay

Just tried it for you via the web site and it's really slow. I canned it after putting in my user ID and it went away to think, and think, and....... You have a limited time to log in so sounds like it's timing out. Try tomorrow - unless it's really urgent.

kicked me off this morning, put in my long number and was told my session had timed out.

If you’re using the Barclaycard app it might need updating as they’ve tweaked it recently. Go to the App Store and update it from there. If it just goes straight into the app from there then it’s already updated automatically.

Update - It was a Barclays problem, the status page finally admitted that there were problems. It was all back to normal by the evening.
It is always annoying when a company knows that there are problems but do not update their status page, people start thinking that the fault must be at their end.
