Ban the person above you

If my next door neighbours was registered I'd ban him for using a chain saw all day and frightening the birds away. So if you try and ever register don't bother your banned before you start. I may not understand the rules here am I supposed to ban Robert, your making too much noise as well so you may as well be banned.

Banned for keeping me from taking the dog out, I was on the way out when the notification came through. Poor dog does not know what I am doing, getting up, then sitting back down :confused:.
