BAN The NIQAB

I can think of a few chavs in this country I'd like to see wearing it TBH

While we're at it, can we ban skinny jeans also please.

If we're going to ban the niqab on the grounds of it hiding (shall we just say) some less attractive attributes of young (or even not so young) ladies, we'd better ban alcohol for the same reason.

As for the niqab....the wedding pics must have been easy :p

The holiday snaps would have been dead simple too......(wonder how Face Detection gets on??)

....and those stupid wooly hats with the tassles hanging down the sides. They're not so bad on girls, but when I see them being worn by boys/men, I really do feel like going up to them and telling them what ***** they look.

.....and people who wear baseball caps back to front.

And those really baggy ones that seem to have the crutch somewhere south of the knees... :D

Which reminds me... Where has young Jordie been hiding lately? :D

For once I agree with the Americans

I like the end of the article which quotes “That they wear their pants the way they do is a statement of the reality that they’re struggling with on a day-to-day basis.”

That would be the struggle to not trip over I guess?

"after discovering the bride was cross-eyed and had facial hair"

Obviously not a Daktari fan then

No please donot for reasons below

I really think thats a bad idea...... girls wear them :D

good argument, well presented :D

BUT today i saw a 60+ woman wearing them. I started at the shoes and thought mmmm that looks good then got to the thighs and thought yes this is going to be really good then looked up as a big puffy jacket covered the rest and saw the face and nearly had to open the window to barf.
MUTTON dressed as lamb does not come close.:gag:

PLEASE for the love of god why do mature women NOT look in the mirrow BEFORE they leave the comfort of their moth balled wardrobe:shake:

His suspicions were first aroused when she said "Are those guns in your pockets or are you both pleased to see me?"

Looks as though France will push through legislation outlawing the Burkha and Niqab shortly...
Come to our country and adopt our modern standards and values - not your outdated oppressive medieaval ones, please...

Oh and in Switzerland, you can't built a mosque - it's illegal...lol

One chap I work with had a brilliant moment with his son who is 4 when out shopping one day. Walking through the Trafford Centre there were two women dressed head to foot in black robes and wearing Burkahs.

Little boy to dad.............................

"Look dad!.........Ninjas!"

Out of the mouths of babes ;)

You can build a Mosque. You're just not allowed to build minarets.

But didn't they use the argument that it wasn't a proper Mosque if it didn't have a minaret?
