Ball Park Figure for GraphiStudio albums

Surprise, Surprise Gilly B that no-one has responded.
I've tried on 3 occasions to get advice on Graphistudio's ambiguous pricing structure and failed.
I thought I'd do a search on TP to see if anyone knows how "it works" but see you've already tried.
I have their sample briefcase pack from Italy, I have an account with them and have their numerous PDF files downloaded from their 'Trade Area' with all the products and price list in....
BUT....
Can I get to a stage where I can confidently quote my 3 interested clients a price so that no-one (me or them) gets a nasty surprise because I've either msised something or don't fully understand the price list. NO
Today I rang them to ask my two very simple questions and was told by the switchboard operator..............
"Our advisors have said you need to call Italy"
Quite what their advisors based in the UK do if a simple question like mine has to be routed through to Italy I don't know.......??? :shrug::bonk::thumbsdown::shrug:

So I'm not the only one that can't figure out the Graphistudio pricings 
I gave up and will be using Loxley, I much prefer their albums to the graphi ones anyway.
Gilly, just register with Loxley and then you can get the full price list

Yep have to agree here 
Graphistudio seem to be so confusing :bang:
All i want is to supply my clients with a nice album but graphi seem to just ignore everything i ask them. I to have now moved on and will not even look at them again. If they cant be bothered answering the simplest of questions and having some sort of customer service here in the UK then they can forget having any of my dosh.
