As my kit is expanding, i'm looking to get a new bag, but there are sooo many to choose from, i was wondering if there was a good choice out there for me?

I have a shoulder bag at the moment, but its not really big enough, and i find it quite cumbersome, so might think about a back pack, but i do like the accessability of the shoulder bag.

Would also like some way of attatching a tripod, so i'm not carrying 2 bags, if possible?

400D
2 batteries
2 Memory cards
50mm lens
kit lens
90-300mm lens
cleaning kit (blower, wipes, solution)

Looking to expand to a new flash, and possibly a wide lens aswell.

Tripod is next on the list, i'm pretty set on the Manfrotto 190xprob, but unsure about heads?

offers ive seen are on the 486rc2, 804rc2, 322rc2.

Any suggestions please?
 
I've had several different bags over the years and bought my best one a month ago. It's a Tamrac expedition 7 and I would highly recommend it. Its quite a large bag holds my 70-200 and extra body; its got attachment straps for a tripod and loads of useful compartments. I carry a lot of gear in mine but the weight distribution is great and it doesn't feel that heavy when your on the go. I think your can get smaller bags in this series aswell. Hope this helps,

I recently chose the Lowepro Vertex 200, a back pack with laptop storage. Although it offers no quick access it does carry an awful lot of kit and has a tripod attachment too. If I want quick access I use an alternative shoulder bag and limit the amount I carry.

My suggestion is you get to a dealer who carries a lot of stock and try a few. I got mine from Morris Photo in Chipping Norton who have a huge range on display and don't mind you bringing your kit along to try them out with. I don't know who would be your best bet in the North East though...
 
Lowepro Slingshot AW 300 :thumbs: All the plus points of a backpack with the accessibility of the shoulder bag and it will swallow all the kit you have now and quite a bit more ;)

Not sure if you can attach a tripod to it though :thinking:
 
Sure some straps & a few well placed carribiners could hold a tripod in place?

Minitracker also looks good, arg!
