Hi guys,
just wondering if anyone could recommend me a bag to house a canon 350D, a 70-300mm sigma APO, and a canon 50mm. I'm looking to try get a bag that's as small as pos, not really looking for a backpack type thing. Any suggestions appreciated.

try the crumpler pretty boy xxxl sounds massive but isnt as bit as it sounds, i have one and its a good bag. theres a review of it somewhere on here but i cant seem to find the link. im sure someone will be along shortly who has a better memory than me :)
 
Sounds like a Crumpler Pretty Boy 4000XL might be suitable. I got one for free with a 12-month subscription to DSLR User magazine. Quite a good deal as it's basically buy one and get the other free.

In the bag, I can fit my 40D with a standard zoom attached, a 430EX flashgun and another lens.

If i had my kit lens on my 350D do you think there would be enough room for a 50mm and a 70-300mm?
 
Lowepro Slingshot 100 would suit your gear pretty well. Smaller than a backpack but handier than a shoulder bay. Try one out at Jessops.
 
The Pretty Boy XXXL was what I was going to go for but have plumped for the Daily 370 instead as is meant to be a little bit bigger. Looking forward to it arriving and will do a review!
 
after looking around the crumpler pretty boy xxxl looks good, especially like the record bag shape etc.. Just trying to track it down at a bargain price.. cheapest I can find so far is £47 off ebay. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good deal?

id get the 200AW to be honest because its still small but it holds alot.
 
Got my PB XXXL off ebay - next day delivery, allt he tags on it - superb bag. As t the size frget the claims - i have a 5d with 24-105 L lens vertically facing down in the middle, a Sigma 17-35 f2.8/4 to the left and a nifty fifty to the right. I could put the nifty fifty on top of the other lens, freeing up the right side for a flash gun, another lens, battery charger etc. If your Sigma 70-300 is longer than 9 inches then it might be a bit of a stretch for the cover flap.

Got mine for £49 from worldofbags.co.uk

they do every colour, and i got mine next day in a massive box full of foamy stuff :D
