Found out today there's a planning application for a 4 pitch Romany site in my village. Problem is the site is home to a large badger sett.
Other than the 1992 protection of badgers act is there act any relevant legislation I should be aware of before I write my objection.
I also have other objections as its green belt and access is poor so I want to write a well structured objection where I can't be accused of discrimination (like some of the current objections).
